Andreas M. Antonopoulos is a Greek-British tech entrepreneur, author, and Bitcoin advocate who became one of the most prominent public educators about cryptocurrency in the early 2010s. He holds a degree in computer science and data communications from University College London. His technical book Mastering Bitcoin (2014) is one of the foundational texts for software developers working with the Bitcoin protocol. He has testified before the Canadian Senate about digital currencies and has given talks on six continents.
