Anthony Pratkanis is a professor of psychology at the University of California Santa Cruz who studies persuasion, attitude change, and the psychology of scams and fraud. Elliot Aronson is one of the most distinguished social psychologists of the twentieth century, best known for his work on cognitive dissonance, prejudice reduction, and social influence.
