His books include The Apple Experience, The Presentation Secrets of Steve Jobs, and The Innovation Secret of Steve Jobs. Talk Like TED, published in 2014, became a New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestseller and is widely used in executive training and business school presentation courses. He holds a degree in government from Trinity University and studied journalism at UC Berkeley.
